As a Care Assistant at

Care Home
, you’ll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness. Your responsibilities will include:
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture

is a modern home specialising in the care of older people, with the Grange providing 24hr residential care for 31 residents, and the Lodge providing additional round the clock dementia care to 57 residents.
