Summary
Not your average retail job!
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person to join our specialist dancewear retail team at Pandr!
We're an independent dancewear and school uniform specialist based in Doncaster, helping dancers of all ages find everything they need, from their very first pair of ballet shoes to specialist dancewear and performance essentials.
Our shop is a little different from your typical high street store. We don't just sell products, we offer advice, expertise and a personal service that keeps customers coming back.
If you love working with people, enjoy learning new things and get satisfaction from helping someone find exactly what they need, we'd love to meet you!
You don't need to be a dancer or have previous dancewear experience. We'll teach you what you need to know!
What you'll be doing
Welcoming customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
Helping dancers and parents choose the right dancewear, footwear and accessories.
Learning about specialist dance products, sizing and fitting.
Assisting customers with school uniform and personalised clothing orders.
Processing purchases, customer orders and payments.
Building relationships with our regular customers and local dance schools.
Keeping the shop looking fantastic, with attractive displays and well-organised stock.
Receiving deliveries, replenishing stock and helping with general shop organisation.
Supporting colleagues in other areas of the business when needed.
As your knowledge develops, there may also be opportunities to train in specialist services such as pointe shoe fitting, helping dancers find the right fit for comfort, support and performance.
