Summary
The Interim General Manager will provide day-to-day operational leadership and management of Slough Refugee Support during a period of interim leadership arrangements.
The post-holder will have delegated responsibility for ensuring that the organisation continues to operate effectively, staff are managed and supported, services and funded projects are delivered, operational issues are addressed promptly, and organisational risks are identified and escalated appropriately.
The Interim General Manager will work closely with the Chair and Board of Trustees and with SRS's Finance Manager, Fundraising Consultant , external HR support and other professional advisers.
This is a hands-on management role within a small charity. The post-holder will therefore need to be comfortable moving between organisational leadership, staff management and practical operational problem-solving.
