This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and is passionate about supporting their academic development in a calm, structured environment.The working hours of this role are 10 hours per week. Working Monday to Friday, 16:00 – 18:00. The pro-rated salary for the role is £5,693.95 per annumAs Homework Room Supervisor, you will:Provide a quiet, supportive space for pupils to complete their homework after School.Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.Maintain accurate attendance records and uphold school policies on behaviour and safeguarding.Liaise with the Library Manager as needed to support pupil progress and wellbeing.Answer telephone calls from staff and parents professionally and courteously.Be supported by a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on site in case of emergencies.Complete all necessary and appropriate in-house training to ensure compliance with School procedures and expectations.The successful candidate will be reliable, approachable, and committed to contributing to a positive School community for pupils, staff, and families.Further details and an application form can be found on our website.
