We're looking for a Handyman to provide delivery of facilities services across commercial and industrial environments at our Balderstone site. Role Responsibilities
-Carry out general minor maintenance tasks across the site.
-Act as the first responder for maintenance issues, ensuring assets are made safe and isolated where required.
-Complete minor building repairs including door handles, door closers, window handles, blind repairs, wall repairs, floor repairs and trip hazard repairs.
-Undertake minor fabric maintenance works to support the efficient operation of the facility.
-Carry out minor plumbing tasks including toilet seat replacements, flush repairs, tap revivers and trap cleaning.
Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Full, current UK driving licence.
-Background in facilities maintenance within a similar environment.
-Qualified in one of the building trades.
-Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
-Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
