Behaviour Change Lead

Harefield

We Care... That’s why we need people like you who care about your colleagues .. people who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful.

Help us turn learning into lasting change

At Clancy, we know that information alone doesn't change behaviour.  People already know the right thing to do.  The real challenge is helping them make better decisions under pressure, challenge unsafe habits, influence others positively and embed new ways of thinking into everyday work.

That's why we're looking for a Behaviour Change Lead.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how people think, act and lead across our business, helping create meaningful and lasting change at every level of the organisation.

Working with everyone from frontline teams to senior leaders, you'll lead the delivery of a major behavioural development programme designed to influence attitudes, strengthen decision-making and support a positive, high-performing culture.

The Role...

This is not a traditional training role.  We're not looking for someone to stand at the front of a room and present slides, we're looking for somebody who knows how to engage people, challenge thinking, facilitate meaningful conversations and create genuine behavioural change.

You'll play a central role in rolling out a company-wide development programme, delivering sessions across the business and helping colleagues translate learning into practical, everyday behaviours.

You'll build credibility with a wide range of audiences, creating an environment where people feel comfortable being challenged, reflecting on their own behaviours and taking responsibility for positive change.

As the programme matures, you'll also help shape its future development, identifying opportunities to strengthen impact and embed learning more deeply across the organisation.

What you'll be doing...

  • Facilitating engaging workshops and development sessions across the business
  • Creating environments that encourage honest discussion, reflection and learning
  • Challenging established ways of thinking and helping individuals explore different approaches
  • Building strong relationships with operational teams, managers and senior leaders
  • Supporting colleagues to turn learning into sustainable behavioural change
  • Coaching and influencing stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
  • Gathering feedback and insight to improve effectiveness and impact
  • Supporting the development of internal capability through a train-the-trainer approach
  • Helping shape the ongoing evolution of the programme

What we're looking for...

  • We're far more interested in how you work than where you've worked.
  • You'll be an exceptional facilitator who can quickly build trust, read a room and adapt your style to suit different audiences.
  • You'll know how to ask the right questions, challenge constructively and help people move beyond simply understanding a concept to actually changing behaviours.
  • You'll likely have experience leading workshops, facilitating group discussions, delivering development programmes or supporting organisational change.
  • Most importantly, you'll be comfortable working with a wide variety of people and capable of holding your own whether you're facilitating a session with frontline colleagues or senior leaders.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...

  • Outstanding facilitation and communication skills
  • The ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
  • Experience creating behavioural, cultural or organisational change
  • Strong coaching and questioning skills
  • Confidence managing group dynamics and challenging conversations
  • The ability to build credibility quickly and form strong relationships
  • A practical, adaptable and people-focused approach
  • Experience delivering programmes that create measurable outcomes
