Summary
About the Role You will work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing highquality inpatient diabetes and endocrinology care. The role includes: Daily consultantled ward/board rounds Supervising junior doctors and supporting ward teams Managing inpatient care, investigations, referrals and discharge summaries Contributing to clinical meetings, governance activity and academic sessions Opportunities to gain outpatient experience if desired Flexibly supporting service needs Access to audit, QI and teaching opportunities Study leave entitlement is equivalent to IMT3 (prorata), and research activity is encouraged across Barts Healths extensive academic network. OnCall Commitment Candidates may opt to join the GIM oncall rota if they wish, but participation is not required for this
