Summary
Desian Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and reliable Teaching Assistant to join an extremely supportive and welcoming single-form entry mainstream primary school in Runcorn.

Your new role:
Working across Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3, you will collaborate closely with class teachers to support pupils throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting pupils to maintain engagement, concentration and focus during lessons.
• Implementing positive behaviour management strategies to encourage positive learning behaviours.
• Leading phonics sessions using the Read Write Inc. (RWI) scheme.
• Supporting pupils’ academic progress through targeted activities and interventions.
• Working collaboratively with class teachers to create a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
