Summary

What will the Project Accountant role involve?
•
Supporting financial controls and governance across the project lifecycle
•
Managing project budgets, forecasts, and spend analysis to ensure financial targets are met
•
Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports for stakeholders and investors
•
Collaborating with project teams to ensure supplier costs are accurately reflected and payments are processed efficiently
•
Contributing to financial compliance and regulatory reporting, fostering transparency and accountability
Suitable Candidate for the Project Accountant vacancy:
•
Solid experience in project accounting, ideally within large or complex construction programmes
•
Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of translating financial data into strategic insights
•
Profound understanding of accounting standards, contract management, and financial controls
•
Proficient in Excel, with good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
•
Qualified or experienced in managing project finances, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
