dedicated College Administrator for an immediate start!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy educational environment, helping ensure the smooth running of daily administrative operations while supporting both students and staff.

âœ¨ What will you be doing?

• Carrying out accurate data entry and maintaining student records

• Updating and managing computer systems

• Handling enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Providing essential administrative support to college staff

• Helping keep day-to-day college operations running smoothly

âœ… What we’re looking for:

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Previous experience in administration or data entry

• Experience in an educational setting is desirable

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A positive, professional and adaptable attitude
