Duties of a Mobile Vehicle Technician :

- Service and repair high-quality vehicles on-site and at customer locations

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive service records

- Provide trustworthy and professional advice to customers

- Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, manufacturer standards, and company protocols

- Support colleagues by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

- Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and development to enhance technical knowledge

- Effectively manage a mobile service schedule, prioritising customer satisfaction

- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards prior to returning to customers

Requirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician :

- Full valid driving licence

- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification

- Previous experience as a Mobile Service Vehicle Technician

- Demonstrable resilience, motivation, and commitment to personal development

- Strong understanding of customer service needs and technical requirements

- Knowledge of MOT testing is desirable

- ATA accreditation is an advantage

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile environment
