Pay Rate: £16.40 PAYE or £19.27 Umbrella
Your new companyA well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Gateperson / Traffic Marshal to join a busy commercial construction project in Kings Lynn. This is a long-term opportunity on a major development, offering consistent work through to July 2027.
Your new roleAs a Gateperson / Traffic Marshal, you will play a key role in maintaining site safety and security. Duties will include:
- Managing the movement of vehicles entering and leaving the site
- Directing deliveries and site traffic safely
- Ensuring all visitors and contractors sign in and follow site procedures
- Maintaining site access control and security
- Conducting basic site paperwork and records
- Supporting site management with general health and safety requirements
- Promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on site
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal card or NPORS N403 Traffic Marshal qualification (or SATM CLOCS)
- Previous experience working as a Gateperson or Traffic Marshal on construction sites
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety
- Full PPE
- Ability to provide references upon request
