Up to £40,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience

As a Senior Staff Nurse at our hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you bring knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures.
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
- Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring.
- Be flexible with working patterns to meet the needs of the service.
- Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be
- Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient's needs
- Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care
- Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students
- Support the Outpatient Clinical Head of Department by contributing to managerial tasks e.g. scheduling and rotas, audits, induction, performance reviews and training .
- Support the Outpatient Clinical Head of Department to oversee smooth day to day operation of the Outpatients department
