Working for an independent financial services company based in Torquay.
This role is full-time, permanently based in the office each day.
Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. However, for the right person, a 4-day working week would also be considered.
Salary is £30k - £32k depending on experience (if you do not have experience in the same environment in an FS Admin role, please note you will unlikely to be offered the top end).
However, they are open to people who have an interest in the area and are willing to train.
Your new role
Your role will consist of the following but not limited to:
Liaising with advisers as appropriatePreparing and Maintaining Client FilesSubmitting New BusinessUpdating Back Office SystemScanning Posting out paperworkMonitoring diary tasks.Assisting in the preparation of reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Financial Services Administrator would be advantageous. However, a strong administrator willing to learn the industry would also be considered.
