Summary

HR Administrator (Shared Services) LS27 (Morley area) £13.48 per hour Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Temporary Assignment | Up to Christmas DAYFORCE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy Shared Services team on a temporary basis.This is a fast-paced administrative role supporting a range of HR processes, providing accurate data management and excellent internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems

Processing starters, leavers and contractual changes

Supporting onboarding and compliance checks

Responding to HR-related queries from employees and managers

Producing HR letters and documentation

Assisting with payroll administration and reporting tasks

Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Essential Requirements

Previous HR administration experience

Experience working within a Shared Services environment

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office applications

Previous Dayforce experience is essential

Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
