Summary
We are actively recruiting for a compassionate, organised and motivated Oncology Cancer Support Navigator to join our growing Private Care Oncology team. You will play an important part in helping patients feel supported, informed and cared for throughout their cancer journey, from diagnosis and treatment planning through to ongoing care.
As a trusted point of contact for patients and their families, you will work closely with consultants, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure every stage of care is well coordinated. Working alongside the Private Care Oncology Team, you will bring together excellent organisation with empathy and understanding, helping patients navigate what can often be a challenging and uncertain time.

Building strong relationships across services, you will connect patients with the right teams, keep communication flowing and help create a smooth, responsive and genuinely patient-centred experience.
We are looking for someone who has previous Private Patient experience as well as someone who thrives in a busy environment, communicates with warmth and confidence and has excellent attention to detail. If you enjoy bringing organisation to complex pathways and are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients and their families, we would love to hear from you.
• To provide a comprehensive, highly efficient administration and navigation service to oncology private patients and stakeholders.
• To communicate effectively with patients and carers regarding appointments, investigations and treatment-related matters.
• To work independently, manage and prioritise workload, and liaise closely with the wider oncology team.
At Imperial College Healthcare you can achieve extraordinary things with extraordinary people, working with leading clinicians pushing boundaries in patient care.
