Summary

Community Support Team Support Worker

TPS (2024) points* 18-22, starting at £31,173.24 pa

37 hours per week

Fixed term until 30th June 2028 with possibility for extension

The Community Support Team (CST) is an intensive mental health support service using an assertive outreach approach to work with service users who have complex mental health needs. The Community Support Team (CST) works closely with Community Mental Health Teams throughout Leeds.
