Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 students.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and focused atmosphere for all pupils.
Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Prepare students effectively for upcoming assessments and transitions.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Solid understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build rapport with children of diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Relevant DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
