Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on provided planning.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Manage classroom behavior effectively in line with individual school policies.
Ensure all students remain on task and supported throughout the school day.
Provide constructive feedback to permanent staff regarding the day's progress.
Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and currently in your Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction phase.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
