Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to EYFS and KS1 frameworks.

Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys.

Collaborate with support staff and parents to ensure the holistic development of every child.

Maintain high standards of classroom management and student safety.

Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching certification.

Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and/or Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive rapport with children.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
