Joiner needed in Darlington

We are seeking an experienced Joiner to work on a social housing project in and around Darlington.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working in void social housing properties carrying out repairs and maintenance
- Boxing in pipe work
- Hanging Doors and Architraves
- Silicon joints
- General 2nd fixes
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness or be willing to take the online course
- Previous Joinery experience
- Social housing experience
- Own transport
- Own tools
- Two professional references
