Night Shift
Coachbuilder to join the UK's leading manufacturer of specialist temperature-controlled and bespoke commercial vehicles, based at their
Dunfermline facility.
Our client is a long-established, family-owned business with over 65 years of engineering excellence and a strong reputation for quality and innovation across the commercial vehicle industry.

Sunday to Thursday, 8pm to 6:30am
X1.5 after 39 hours, and
X2 after 43 hours
Pay grades
Your starting rate depends on experience, and you move up the grades as your skills develop; plus, a
£120 weekly night shift allowance:
£14.17 (Grade 1)
£14.87 (Grade 2)
£15.78 (Grade 3)
£16.44 (Grade 4)
£17.11 (Grade 5)
As a Coachbuilder, your duties will include:
- Assembling mechanical components to engineering specifications using hand and power tools
- Performing quality checks throughout the assembly process and resolving build issues
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately
- Collaborating with other departments to improve build flow
- Maintaining accurate build records and a clean, safe work environment
To be considered as a Coachbuilder, you will need:
- Experience in mechanical assembly or coachbuilding
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
- A team-focused approach with good problem-solving skills
- Basic IT skills for job tracking
