Summary

This will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following specific tasks: To support and administer programme board and project meetings as required alongside the Project Manager and Improvement Delivery Lead. Arranging meetings and events with staff and external stakeholders, including booking venues, organising and assembling the relevant equipment e.g. PowerPoint, data projectors etc. and catering as required. Assisting with the production of agendas and papers for meetings, support production of presentations, using PowerPoint, ensuring hand-outs are available, ensuring they are issued in a timely manner and ensure minutes are captured at variety of meetings when required, producing and updating action logs. To provide support to both internal meetings and multi-agency events where the GPP is working collaboratively with others. To provide critical support in the planning, organisation, coordination and management of any GPP engagement events.
