About the role

J K 3 Enterprise Ltd T/A Kincraig International is an online retail business incorporated in 2020 and growing year on year. We are looking for a Financial Accounting Manager to manage the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting and financial controls.

What you’ll do

• Manage and oversee the company’s financial accounts and accounting operations.

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts and management reports.

• Monitor and reconcile online sales, payment gateway transactions, supplier payments and business expenses.

• Analyse revenue, product profitability, stock valuation, operating costs and profit margins.

• Oversee VAT reporting, tax compliance and financial controls in accordance with HMRC requirements.

• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risks.

• Advise the directors on financial planning, cost reduction and business profitability.

• Coordinate with accountants, auditors and financial institutions.

• Supervise accounting staff and support accurate, efficient financial operations.
