Summary

The Band 3 Nursery Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care and early years education for children aged 3 months to 5 years within a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Working as part of the nursery team, the post holder will support children's learning, development, health, and well-being through play-based activities, observation, assessment, and effective partnership working with parents and professionals. The role includes maintaining accurate developmental records, contributing to children's progress reviews, promoting independence, safeguarding children at all times, and adhering to nursery policies, health and safety requirements, and legislative standards.
