Area Director – Scotland
Salary: £79,000 per annum + Car Allowance
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Area Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of care homes throughout Scotland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong senior leader to drive quality, compliance, operational performance and business growth, ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support Home Managers to deliver high standards of care and performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.
• Oversee budgets, occupancy and operational performance.
• Develop high-performing teams and promote a positive culture.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders.
About You:
• Proven senior leadership experience within the care sector, ideally across multiple care homes.
• Strong knowledge of quality, compliance and care regulations in Scotland.
• Excellent leadership, communication and financial management skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and improving residents’ lives.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland.
