About the Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality care for individuals with complex needs, which may include physical disabilities, neurological conditions, ABI, or high-level behavioural support needs. You'll do this by picking up shifts that need covering at Oakmere Cottage, either due to sickness or annual leave.
You’ll:
Deliver specialist, person-centred care tailored to complex needs
Support with clinical and physical care requirements
Assist with mobility, moving and handling, and personal care
Follow detailed care plans and risk assessments
Promote safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
Work closely with healthcare professionals and wider teams
