Summary

Three claims teams, one employer, one application.

An established, FCA-regulated insurer on the edge of Bolton is growing its claims department and has seats open in three teams at the same time:

- Motor claims (FNOL and accidental damage): taking new motor claims, handling them through repair, salvage and settlement. £26,500 to £30,000.

- Home claims: escape of water, storm, accidental damage and theft, from first call to settlement. Around 12 months' household or property claims experience is the level they're after. Up to £28,000.

- Third party motor: third party property damage and credit hire, investigating liability and negotiating with insurers, solicitors and accident management companies. Up to £35,000 for the right experience.

Who we'd like to hear from:

- Claims handlers at insurers, brokers, MGAs or TPAs who are tired of the commute, the parking costs or the weekend rota

- Paralegals and case handlers on RTA, OIC or MOJ portal work who want to move to the insurer side

- People from validation, home emergency, loss adjusting support, accident management or credit hire businesses

- Anyone who has handled insurance claims before and wants back in

Being straight with you: it's on site five days a week until you pass probation, and public transport to the site isn't realistic, so you'll need to drive. There's an assessment as part of the interview, and we'll help you prepare for it.
