Support the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead by example, maintaining high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members throughout each shift.
Assist with organising workloads, delegating tasks and coordinating daily activities.
Help resolve guest queries and operational challenges effectively and professionally.
Contribute to the success of the wider team by driving performance, engagement and service standards.
