- Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

- Work closely with class teachers and SEND staff to implement support strategies

- Provide classroom, small-group, and individual support where required

- Help pupils access the curriculum and engage positively with learning

- Support children's social, emotional, and academic development

- Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

- SEND experience is essential

- A minimum of 2 years' SEND experience is required

- Experience supporting pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or learning difficulties is highly desirable

- Patient, resilient, and caring approach

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
