Summary

FLEXIBLE LOCATION - HYBRID - NATIONAL REMIT.

My client is a national care provider with a range of community based health services, looking to appoint someone knowledgeable and ambitious to become their Head of Quality and Governance.

You will have solid experience and knowledge of CQC legislation and standards, be someone who can bring new ideas and is happy to challenge ways of working, and will thrive in a dynamic environment.

This will be a fast-paced, varied role with an overarching remit across several services. You will work with the SLT and oversee all aspects of care quality and governance across the services, including service delivery, policy, procedures and internal systems. As someone who is comfortable with stakeholder engagement (internally and externally) you will work with operational teams to foster and drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying any areas for service quality improvement across the organisation.

You will be the kind of person that is always up to date with best practice and the latest innovations in care, and utilise this in order to ensure they remain at the forefront of the industry.

You will lead and develop the audit frameworks and schedules, and have a crucial role in managing external relationships with external bodies, ensuring that the organisation is always inspection-ready.
