Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

£37,000-£45,000 per annum | Full-time, permanent

Based in Ickenham, covering Northwood, Ruislip and Uxbridge

Looking for the opportunity to shape a new homecare service, with an owner who will support you to succeed?

We're recruiting a Registered Manager to help build a premium domiciliary care service across Northwood, Ruislip and Uxbridge. Working closely with a highly supportive owner, and with the backing of an established care group, you'll have the opportunity to develop your team and put quality care at the heart of the business.

Already CQC registered, with a care team in place, the service offers a strong foundation for an ambitious manager to make their mark.

The role

Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and CQC compliance.

Recruit, support and develop a dedicated care team.

Oversee care planning, assessments and quality assurance.

Build trusted relationships with clients and families while supporting sustainable growth.

About you

You must have

previous domiciliary care experience and

hold, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

Applications are welcome from experienced Registered Managers, as well as capable Care Coordinators, Deputy Managers and Field Care Supervisors ready to step up. You'll bring a sound understanding of CQC requirements, strong organisational skills and a commitment to person-centred care.

Salary will reflect your experience, with the higher end of the range available to experienced Registered Managers.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
