Solder Resist Operator - Telford
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts
6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Friday: 6am-10am / 10am-2pm
The Best Connection are recruiting for a Solder Resist Operator to join a leading manufacturing company in Telford.
This is a varied, hands-on role working within the production process of printed circuit boards, ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or machine-operating experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coating panels with solder resist ink using a semi-automated coating machine
- Developing and inspecting panels after exposure
- Applying legend print using a semi-automated inkjet machine
- Carrying out quality inspections throughout the process
- Following production and quality procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures accurately
- Comfortable working rotating shifts
- Reliable and hardworking approach
