• Work towards weekly individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

• Monitor and work towards key performance indicators, including average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT) and conversion

• Maintain high standards of product presentation, visual merchandising, replenishment and stockroom organisation

• Work collaboratively across both floors to deliver a consistent customer experience

• Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity and pride in its British heritage

• An outgoing, confident personality with the ability to initiate conversations and build rapport naturally

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people and their preferences

• A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how upselling, cross-selling and product knowledge contribute to sales

• A customer-focused approach that balances excellent service with achieving sales targets

• A willingness to learn, develop specialist product knowledge and take on feedback

• A hardworking, committed and flexible approach to the role

• The ability to work effectively as part of a small team in a fast-paced retail environment

• Confidence working across both menswear and womenswear

Desirable

• Experience in fashion retail, particularly within premium, designer or higher-value clothing brands

• Previous experience in a sales-driven, target-focused environment

• Experience with upselling, cross-selling, clienteling and building repeat business

• Additional language skills, particularly Chinese or Arabic
