Working as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, you will support service users to identify their personal recovery goals, develop independence, build meaningful relationships and access opportunities within their local communities.

As a Senior Peer Support Worker, you will take a leadership role in developing peer support within the team, promoting the value of lived experience, contributing to service development and delivering individual and group-based recovery-focused interventions. We are seeking someone with significant previous experience as a Peer Support Worker, who has completed recognised peer support training and is passionate about empowering others, challenging stigma and embedding lived experience perspectives within mental health services.

Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive – so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.
