Summary
Support the HR team in delivering a comprehensive HR service across the organisation. Work with managers to develop and implement a staff bank for medical and administrative staffing. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Support HR compliance processes, including right-to-work checks, DBS checks, and reference requests. Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Provide initial HR support to employees and managers, responding to general queries. Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate recording of employee data. Assist with the coordination of training and development initiatives for staff. Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and policy updates
