Healthcare Assistant HMP Wymott Salary - £25,557 - £29,723 per annum Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Substance Misuse Support Worker to join our growing service at HMP Wymott. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within substance misuse, while gaining exposure to a wider multidisciplinary team in a unique and supportive healthcare environment. We are looking for someone with substance misuse experience and knowledge of current issues within the pathway. About HMP Wymott HMP Wymott is a large, Category C prison in Leyland, accommodating approximately 1,200 adult males, and we have a varied and complex population. Practice Plus Group provides primary care, mental health and substance misuse services across the wings, clinic areas, inpatient facilities, and reception services. Working Pattern Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00.
