Key Responsibilities

Our Spa Therapist will:

Deliver a range of spa treatments to the highest professional standards

Provide warm, intuitive, and personalised service to every guest

Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards

Upsell treatments and retail products in a natural, guest-focused way

Work collaboratively with the wider spa and hotel team

Support the smooth daily operation of the spa facilities

Person Specification

You'll be a qualified and passionate Spa Therapist with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional treatments and creating memorable guest experiences. Whether you're an experienced therapist or looking to further develop your career within a luxury spa environment. You'll bring:

Qualified spa or beauty therapist (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred

Passionate about wellbeing and delivering exceptional guest care

Professional, warm, and confident communicator

Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
