Job Description: Food Production Operative – Night Shift

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: Thursday and Friday nights, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced Food Production Operative to join a busy, fast-paced food production environment in the Stoke-on-Trent area.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in food production, particularly with packing and counting food items. This is an excellent opportunity for someone reliable, hardworking and motivated who is looking for ongoing work, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Packing food items accurately and efficiently.
Counting food products to ensure correct quantities.
Checking products for quality and ensuring they meet required standards.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic working environment.
Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
Working efficiently to meet production targets in a busy environment.
Supporting the production team as required.

Requirements

Previous food production experience is essential.
Experience in packing and counting food items.
Ability to work accurately and maintain attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work Thursday and Friday nights.
