Summary
A well?established manufacturing company in South Oxfordshire is seeking a permanent
Assembly Technician to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy hands?on work and want to grow your skills in a quality?driven environment. You'll be active throughout the day - standing, bending and lifting - while helping produce a range of assemblies using hand tools and clear work instructions.
Key responsibilities:
- Assemble small to large components
- Follow drawings and instructions accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Support wider manufacturing tasks
- Deliver high?quality workmanship
- Work flexibly with senior management and the team
You'll bring:
- Basic assembly/tool experience
- A positive, motivated attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organisation
- Reliability and teamwork
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
