Do you genuinely love people and instinctively know how to bring the best out in them? Do you have an inquisitive, analytical, and organised mind and love working in a fast-paced environment?

We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

Working in our busy school facilities across Edinburgh, you will be responsible for running the shift, delivering great customer service, and looking after our staff and customers. Background in leisure operations is not essential, and we welcome applications from candidates with experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer service environments. You will need to be a strong swimmer and capable of achieving a lifeguard pool qualification. Training will be provided if you do not already hold the qualification.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead, train, and develop your team, setting a positive example and supporting safe, efficient, and professional performance that delivers excellent customer service.

- Oversee the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the venue, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers.

- Engage with customers and resolve enquiries and complaints calmly and professionally to achieve high levels of member satisfaction.

- Ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements, risk assessments, and security regulations across all services and activities.

What we offer:

- Generous holiday allowance (32 days, rising with service up to 40 days)

- Paid sick leave

- Company pension (with employee contributions matched up to 12%)

- Opportunities for training, career growth and development

- Free membership across all our centres with access to fitness classes, gyms, and swimming pools

- Cycle-to-work scheme

- Access to discounts with a huge number of retailers (saving money in cinemas, restaurants, clothing, and electronics shops, on insurance and healthcare and much more)

Opportunity available:
