Early Years Practitioner

The role:

Supporting children within the Early Years setting
Delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Promoting children's social, emotional, and educational development
Contributing to observations, assessments, and learning journeys
Creating a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
Working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a relevant Early Years qualification
Have experience working within an EYFS setting
Possess a strong understanding of child development and the Early Years curriculum
Be nurturing, enthusiastic, and patient
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential
