Fire Risk Assessor – Level 4 Diploma
Location: West London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum
Level: Intermediate Tier
We are seeking an experienced
Fire Risk Assessor with a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment to join our team, covering West London and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Conduct fire risk assessments across residential and commercial properties.
•
Identify fire hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
•
Prepare clear, accurate and compliant assessment reports.
•
Advise clients on fire safety legislation and best practice.
•
Manage site visits and workloads independently.
Requirements:
•
Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent.
•
Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments.
•
Good knowledge of relevant fire safety legislation and guidance.
•
Strong report-writing and communication skills.
•
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
