Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Home Care Domiciliary Service as a Home Care Night Worker. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals living with complex health needs, helping them lead full and meaningful lives. This position involves delivering high-quality care in line with CIW Standards and Regulations, promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
Principal Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred care and support to service users, respecting privacy, dignity, and rights.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, nutrition, medication administration, and mobility support.
• Promote independence and positive well-being for individuals with complex needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered and contribute to assessments and reports.
• Work collaboratively with health professionals and family members to deliver holistic care.
• Adhere to Council policies, safeguarding principles, and data protection requirements.
• Participate in mandatory training, supervision, and continuous professional development.
