We are a small and friendly care team, based in beautiful rural Derbyshire, supporting people to live, safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.

What will I be doing?

As a community Support Worker, you will help people remain independent and enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

The people we support include those with physical disabilities, dementia diagnoses, health conditions and older people.

Depending on the persons needs you may help them with:

Personal care

Preparing meals, supporting them to eat and fluid intake

Medication

Safe and well checks

Light domestic chores

Support independence

Companionship and positive conversation

Helping people feel valued and connected

Sometimes it is the practical support that makes the difference. Sometimes it is simply being the friendly face someone is looking forward to seeing.

We can teach you the skills. What we really need is the right person.
