Contract: Full Time - Perm
Hour: 37 hours per week
Pay: £40,477 per annum
Shift Times: 9am to 5.30pm

We are seeking a
Deputy Home Manager to join our welcoming team at
Melwood Grange Care Home in
Royston. A luxury, 73 bed purpose-built care home set in the Hertfordshire countryside, Melwood Grange offers exceptional care in stylish surroundings, with premium facilities including a cinema, café, hair and beauty salon, and beautifully landscaped gardens.
As a
Deputy Home Manager
, you will provide compassionate person-cantered care and support residents with respect and dignity to maintain independence.
What You’ll Bring
• Previous Experience as a Deputy or Team Leader required
• Leadership experience
• Essential to hold a Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care
• You’ll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manger to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home
• You will help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
