Experienced Fencer / Groundworker Required - Temp to Perm | Property Maintenance Contractor
Our client is a well-established property maintenance contractor looking for an experienced
Fencer / Groundworker to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves carrying out a range of external works across occupied and void properties throughout Basingstoke and Reading.
Duties Include:
- Fencing repairs and installations
- Paving repairs and installations
- Manhole and drainage works
- General brickwork repairs
- General external property maintenance
What's Provided:
- Company van
- Fuel card
- Ongoing work with the opportunity to go permanent
Preferred (Not Essential):
- CAT & Genny trained
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fencing and general groundwork
- Ability to carry out a variety of external maintenance works
- Reliable, practical and able to work independently
