Ready to dive into a new opportunity?

We're on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our fantastic People Services team.

This is a chance to make a real impact, providing essential HR support and playing a key role in building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from guiding managers through employee relations matters to ensuring our policies are as sparkling as a freshly polished tap. You'll be a true business partner, offering sound advice on everything from performance management to leave policies, always with an eye on best practice and UK employment law.

If you have a strong HR background, an ability to build relationships, and a passion for creating a great employee experience, then we'd love to hear from you.

We need someone who can hit the ground running, navigate a fast-paced environment with ease, and isn't afraid to get their hands wet with a wide range of HR duties.

What You'll Be Doing

Employee Relations: You'll handle the full spectrum of employee relations, guiding managers through disciplinary and grievance procedures and providing expert advice to help our people grow and succeed.

HR Administration: You'll be the guardian of our employee records, ensuring everything is accurate, confidential, and compliant with data protection laws.

Training & Development: You'll help us build a culture of continuous learning by developing and delivering training programs that help our team members shine.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and ideally, a CIPD qualification (or you're working towards one).

A solid understanding of UK employment law.

The ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.

This is a brilliant opportunity to plunge into a new role and make a difference from day one. If you're ready to get things flush with success and help our business flow smoothly, apply now!

**This role will be based out of our Leyland and Skelmersdale sites. Travel between sites will be required. This is a Full-Time position (5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week, office-based). Part-time hours may also be considered depending on business needs and candidate suitability. We are unable to consider Hybrid or WFH arrangements.
