Summary

Afon Las will provide a structured and therapeutic hospital environment in which individual needs and risks can be safely supported. Referrals may be received from a range of pathways, including community, neurosurgical, neurorehabilitation and custodial settings. Through interdisciplinary working, the service will maximise person-centred outcomes, physical function, mobility, independence and quality of life, while keeping each individual at the heart of their care and rehabilitation. The dedicated clinical team will provide interdisciplinary input, including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy and nursing.
