Have UK Nursery Experience but No Formal Childcare Qualification? 🌈✨

If you’ve spent at least 3 months working in a UK private nursery or early years setting, you already know how busy, fun, and fast-paced room life is. You know how to comfort a toddler, set out an engaging activity, and help keep a room running smoothly.

You don’t need an NVQ or CACHE diploma to earn good money doing what you enjoy.

At Nexter Recruitment, our partner settings across East Leeds (LS9) specifically look for hands-on, dependable nursery assistants to step in, support statutory ratios, and lend an extra pair of capable hands. You get all the fun of working with children, without being tied down to rigid hours or taking paperwork home.
